How billing works
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, whichever you pick — until you cancel. Cancel whenever you like and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Payments are processed by Polar, which is the merchant of record for LedgerChat. That means Polar takes the payment, handles the tax and issues the receipt, and Polar is what appears on your statement rather than AZapps. You pay on Polar’s own checkout page; we never see your card details.
Sales tax or VAT is added at the checkout where your country requires it, and the checkout shows the total before you pay.

Questions people actually ask
What happens when the trial ends? Nothing is deleted. Your books stay exactly as they are and stay exportable. You just cannot add new entries until you subscribe.
Do I need a card to start? No. The trial asks for nothing.
Are entries limited? No. Typing and tapping entries is unlimited on every paid plan. Voice notes are metered because transcription costs us money per note.
Can I get my data out? Yes, all of it, any time, as PDFs — including a full trial balance. You do not need an active subscription to export.
What is the difference between Pro and Business? Business can produce documents you hand to somebody else: numbered invoices and sales contracts. Pro keeps your own books and reports on them.
