Good to know
Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything happens inside WhatsApp. You message one number and answer a few tapped questions; your books live on our servers, not on your phone.
Can I keep personal and business money apart?
Yes. Choose “Both” and you get two separate books under one number. Balances never mix, and one monthly report covers both in clearly separated sections.
What if I record something wrong?
Tap “Fix a mistake”. We post a reversing entry, so the balances go back exactly as they were. The original stays on record, the way proper bookkeeping works.
Which languages are supported?
English, Urdu, Roman Urdu, Hindi and Arabic, in the chat and on every document. Urdu is typeset in Nastaliq.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Settings → Delete my data sends you a PDF of all your records first, then waits seven days in case you change your mind, then erases everything permanently.
